By placing and order on this website, over the phone or via email you to agree to our Terms and conditions of sale:

Order Confirmation

• Orders placed online will have an order acknowledgement sent by email.
• The acknowledgement will give you full details of the product(s) you have reserved, and the delivery address. 
• Please take time to carefully check your order confirmation. If you do not receive an acknowledgement or if you find any errors please call  on 01278 795556 or 07725 531978, email us or fill in our contact form.

Payment, Dispatch & Delivery

• Pay either by cash on delivery or by credit card over the phone. We accept credit and debit cards except American Express.
  
• On reciept of your order Beds... Beds... Bedzzz  will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time and date.
• We only deliver to mainland  UK
• Charges for delivery are not included in the stated product price. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery day and time and the delivery charge. As we are based in Somerset we can often delivery locally for just £10. Some products - Sealy and Silientnight have no extra delivery charge.
  
• All payments must be made in British Pounds.

Product Descriptions and Images

• Some of the photographs of beds are in home environments. Bedding,  acessories, furniture etc are for illustration purposes only and these other items are not included in the price.
• Where extra items are supplied with the bed it will be clearly stated.

• Please ensure we can get access to the room you wish us to deliver the bed to

Guarantees and Warranties

• All beds come with a 12 month manufacturer guarantee provided it hasn't been misused.

• All goods are subject to availability.
• Prices are correct at time of publication.
• Errors and omissions are excepted.
• Your statutory rights are not affected.
